Info Barrel Update

This post was written by admin on March 24, 2009
Posted Under: General,info barrel

Recently Info Barrel had some adsense problems and ads weren’t showing up on articles.  This lasted for about 5 days.  Well, this has been fixed and the good news is they will now be giving us 100% adsense impressions in the near future.

They will announce when, and how long this bonus will last in the coming days.

Once again, if you haven’t already, head over to Info Barrel and sign up.  There will be some good money to be had soon!

Hey!

Thanks for keeping people up to date on Infobarrel.com

I just wanted to let you know the Adsense issue is now resolved, ads are live again and we will be giving users the maximum revenue share from tomorrow until the end or April 1st.

I’ve posted about it on the Infobarrel blog about half an hour ago if you want more details.

Thanks for being such an active member on Infobarrel

Thanks for the tip! I’m definitely going to sign up for InfoBarrel because the one thing I hate about eHow is how secretive they are about how our earnings are calculated.

On a similar note, you should check out http://webanswers.com — it’s sort of a cross between Yahoo!Answers and InfoBarrel.

People submit questions and members of the community answer the questions. The person with the “best” answer gets 60% of the AdSense revenue for that page for 1 year. It’s all very transparent and the money goes directly into your AdSense account. (Well, at least that appears to be so. I only just signed up. I haven’t earned any money yet.)

It’s a little outside the scope of this blog, but I would love it if you would sign up and analyze it the way you have the other sites. :)

Oh, and I gave a little write-up about what I think the pros and cons of WebAnswers are here: http://extracashreviews.blogspot.com/

Hey Christine, Thanks for stopping by. I’ll take a look at webanswers, it might be just the thing I’m looking for to take up my ‘down’ time.

This is great that infobarrel is going to offer 100% adsense earnings for a short time. I reckon they may do this to increase their membership and articles on the site and then eventually they may cut back again. I shall check out webanswers too. Before I join a site I always check the pr and alexa ranking to see if it is worth my time.

I can’t say enough good things about InfoBarrel, they just do it right. I should also say that their Alexa rank is skyrocketing too, soon I imagine they’re going to rival some of the big boys. Either way, we win! I actually registered with WebAnswers but never received their confirmation email so I gave up on it. I don’t think it’s a good money maker and certainly not a residual income platform as your content expires in one year.
