It seems that Bukisa just doesn’t pay. However, don’t use it for its earning potential. Just look at it as a site that you can use for backlinks.

Even better, a backlink that only requires 250 words of which you may have already written for another site. If you happen to make some money in the end, that’s even better. If not then you still have the backlink.

(I’m not sure if it is dofollow or nofollow, but a backlink is a backlink still the same.)

I still haven’t tried out Bukisa, based on your review it may not be worth my time. I do like to diversify, so we’ll see. Have you thought about writing for The Examiner? I have had great results so far. They basically pay a $.01 per page view. By the way, like your site I read through a bunch of your articles today.

Its like you say, everyone is trying to build their own network and as a result are not posting. I have only submitted three articles to Bukisa, 6 weeks ago and managed to earn 7 measely cents. If I had uploaded these to AC and Helium I would have earned much more. For starters I would have received an upfront payment at Helium as well as page views. I expected to see mnay success stories too of people earning hundreds a month but it doesnt seem to be happening, whereas these type of stories from users on AC and Helium are common.

You know you’re right, other than the odd promotional ‘join up’ article or message I just haven’t seen an earnings screenshot from anyone. Personally I would love to see this. I had high hopes for Bukisa as a place to put my low click/high views articles, but it just hasn’t worked out well for me. I’ll revisit it once again in the future, but right now it just makes sense to hit eHow/InfoBarrel/Xomba hard for the most earnings. Thanks for your comment too!

I am glad I found your blog. I was also wondering if Bukisa is really worth my time, eHow is in my opinion giving me a greater return, but I was tempted to try Bukisa because of its referral system. We’ll see what happens. It would be nice to read some success stories, but I could not find anyone bragging about their Bukisa earnings.

I’m with you Dusty! I made 5 pennies there yesterday. I could’ve picked up a can off the street and turned it in for the deposit for the same amount of money with a lot less work involved. I’m looking at Info Barrel as a secondary income outlet. It’ll be a nice adsense addition to xomba and this blog.

Hi Cookie, last nights Bukisa update was 5 cents. I think I’ll call it quits there, just not worth it. I was thinking about starting up on Info Barrel, since they pay through adsense and it’ll add to my pot there. I’ll check out AC, I’ve heard of it but never actually went over there to look at it. I am done with Bukisa! Whatever I have out there is it, unless they change the way people earn money. You can have 1,000 people in your network and earn $0.00. I would rather spend my time writing for eHow, where I know I will earn something for my time.
