Finally.. eHow is updating earnings!

Yay!!  The tech staff at eHow is starting to update earnings from the last week.  According to the post made today they should be finished catching up with past earnings by Tuesday or Wednesday.

I haven’t ‘closed the books’ on January yet, I’m still hopeful I’ll hit $80 for the month.

A bright note though, I already made an Amazon sale!, I also had 13 more clicks on item links.  I’m really expecting Amazon to be a big part of my income in the coming months.

I also published two Squidoo lenses.  I’m not sure how I’ll do with that, but from the reading I’ve been doing, just like eHow, quality AND quantity matter.

February is going to be a horrible month for me work wise.  We have two major upgrades to implement this month.  Our payroll system AND our Human Resources system will both be simultaneously upgraded.  I’m not expecting too much time off this month.

My goals for February are as follows..

  1. On eHow, just 25 more articles, shooting for $160 combined article and Amazon earnings
  2. I’ll also try to publish another 8 Squidoo lenses.  Their earnings take two months to post so I can’t expect anything this month.
  3. On Bukisa i’ll move 25 articles there, re-keyworded and slightly modified.  I’m hoping to get a payout next month from them.
  4. I’ll try to get one of my domains published as a real website, complete with content and everything.
  5. I’ll also be putting forth a huge effort on article promotion, trying to get PR2 or even PR3 on all my articles, at least the earlier ones.

Over the next few days I’ll be posting up an eHow primer as well as a Xomba one.  And if time, I’ll touch on Bukisa as well.  One of the things I really want to get to in the next week is talking about Lending Club.
